The world we see and the one that exists in our heads are interchangeable. Imagination and Experience (in the so-called real world) are constantly overlapping. I like to blend these two elements in a way that moves people emotionally and intellectually to reflect on the beautiful, magical, messiness of being human. At the same time I like to leave something to the imagination of the reader. As a reader I love writing that stimulates me to ponder, to question, to explore the world and my place in it.
Originally from Kentucky I’ve been writing all my life. When I was younger I kept the writing to myself. Music, dance and visual art were the things I shared with the world. In 2018 life took an unexpected turn and writing became my primary creative outlet.
